Target Market:

  • New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Eastern seaboard from NY to Florida. Special interest in - Apartments, Garden Apartment Complexes, etc.  Any size or condition from 30 to 500 units. All cash possible, quick close.
     
  • Other Apartments Wanted Nationwide: Garden Apartment Complexes, Townhouses, Condominiums, High-Rises and other multi-family residential projects.  Of special interest are properties located in the greater New York area and the Eastern Seaboard from New York to Florida. Class A, B and C product is desired. Minimum size of 40 units if located in the New York area, 100 unit minimum nationwide with no maximum.
     
  • Renovation Projects: Apartments in need of rehabilitation are desirable. Apartments subject to rent stabilization or rent controls are welcomed, as well.
     
  • Office Buildings: High-rise, Campus-style Office Buildings and Business Parks desired. Major markets, CBD (Central Business District) or second-tier locations. 100,000 square foot minimum, no maximum.
       
  • Hotels and Resorts - Full and limited service hotels and motels. 100 room minimum to 500 rooms or larger. Resorts with marinas or golf courses. Hotels in need of rehabilitation, repositioning, re-flagging are of special interest.
